The church is facing a lot of discouragement right now. Church attendance is on a decline in North America, and we also are facing threats from unbiblical teaching within our congregations. Churches of Christ are closing their doors at an alarming rate each year. I'm personally not ok with that, and I know you aren't either.
This is our time to rise up, to face this adversity, to reclaim the revolutionary mission of Jesus, to make disciples and change the world in the process. A few days ago I had the privilege of speaking at the New Day Workshop on the topic of God's vision for churches. I hope you will find this message informative and encouraging, as we explore the vision of how to achieve the mission Jesus assigned to us.
